BPATTY v1.7 - now on a new platform!

Docusaurus out, Retype in
Hey friends!
If you're reading this and have seen BPATTY before, you might feel like things look a little bit different. And that's because we moved from Docusaurus to Retype.
Don't get me wrong...we've got a ton of love for Docusaurus, but when publishing the last big v1.6 upgrade, I learned that Docusuarus will not let you do a Git push unless every single content link is working. I had recently moved and deleted a ton of content, and so the anger I felt troubleshooting the Git push issues in the terminal console was....palpable.
Thinking out loud now, there's probably some publish flag I could've used to skip the link checks. But since I use Retype for pretty much all the other documentation projects in my life, I felt BPATTY would feel more comfortable here as well. So here we are, and here we go:

Updates for v1.7
- Get-ADUser - added context for finding a user SID
- Get-ADComputer (verify!) for getting a LAPS password
- nxc - added context for dumping a LAPS password
- ticketconverter.py - nice little utility for tinkering with Kerberos tickets
