Dism, according to Microsoft:

 DISM enumerates, installs, uninstalls, configures, and updates features
  and packages in Windows images. The commands that are available depend
  on the image being serviced and whether the image is offline or running.

Uninstall Recall

As of October 20, 2024 there will soon be an update to Windows 11 called Recall that, according to this tweet, "records everything you do. This means it stores information like your passwords, browsing history, images, videos, messages, and emails. To disable it, type the following command as admin user:"
